Theres always something going on at Seville Quarter, but if youre a bingo junkie, Monday nights are your nights. Seville Quarter hosts Bar Bingo every Monday, from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m.
Its not your grandmas bingo, said Buck Mitchell, an events planner at the Seville Quarter. Thats our slogan for Bar Bingo.
A lot of people come in just for a drink or to watch a game and play Bar Bingo, Mitchell said. Its a fun, friendly way to get friends to come out and have a good time.
Bar Bingo is now held in Apple Annies. There are six to eight games a night. Prizes for the games include Seville Quarter gift certificates, free drinks and many others.
Bar Bingo is free of charge and is open to everyone age 21 and older. Bar Bingo was started by the club owners six years ago. Six years now and the game still gets the crowd kicking. Mitchell said that after the games are over, the players throw the losing cards at the game caller.
They go all out, he said.
