Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St., kicks off its�annual Fiesta de San Fermin en Pensacola on Thursday with the popular Spanish Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. in Apple Annie's.
The even pairs cuisine by Executive Chef Cameron Mitchell with the Spanish wines of importer Jorge Ordo�ez, as selected by Seville's own Bill Carlson.
Menu selections include cider-glazed chorizo, roasted chickpeas and spinach, black pepper and Manchego frittata, salad of arugula and poached shrimp with roasted garli aioli, seared duck breast medallions with grilled pear puree, braised beef short ribs with golden potato cake and blistered tomatoes, and almond cake with macerated berries.
