Seville Quarter�s Great American Chili Cook-off Results
The 18th Annual Great American Chili Cook-off sponsored by Seville Quarter and the Pensacola-Seville Sertoma Club was held on Saturday, January 18, 2014.� 16 Amateur and Professional teams competed for bragging rights for the �Best Chili in Pensacola�.� Each team chili was judged on taste, smell and consistency and trophies were awarded to the top three winners.� Over $5,000 from door proceeds was collected by the Pensacola-Seville Sertoma. �The primary focus of Sertoma (SERvice TO MAnkind) is communications--helping people with speech and hearing disabilities.� Sertoma clubs also sponsor projects that promote freedom and democracy, youth causes, and many other local community needs identified by the clubs.� The Cook-off was coordinated by Gwinn Corley representing the Pensacola-Sertoma Club and Buck Mitchell from Seville Quarter.

2nd place � Republic National Fireball Cooking Team - Gene Stieffel - Captain
3rd place � Le Krewe Du Brew � Chad Sloman � Captain
And in the coveted People�s Choice Competition:
1st place � Krewe of Seville Roarin� Chili - Priscilla Brewer - Captain
