� January 22, 2011 2011 Chili Cook-off Results The�17th Annual Great American Chili Cook-off�sponsored by�Seville Quarter�and the�Pensacola-Seville Sertoma Club�was held on Saturday, January 22, 2011. 17 Amateur and Professional teams competed for bragging rights for the��Best Chili in Pensacola�. Each team chili was judged on taste, smell and consistency and trophies were awarded to the top three winners. Over $5,000 from door proceeds and the silent auction was collected by the Pensacola-Seville Sertoma. The primary focus of Sertoma (SERvice TO MAnkind) is communications�helping people with speech and hearing disabilities. Sertoma clubs also sponsor projects that promote freedom and democracy, youth causes, and many other local community needs identified by the clubs. The Cook-off was coordinated by Gwen Corley representing the Pensacola-Sertoma Club and Buck Mitchell from Seville Quarter.
